This is just a quick note to thank you so very much again for donating to our Rescue this year for our Big Fundraising Weekend. Our weekend, which sadly had to be cancelled again for the second time due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, however this didn’t stop us from having a good time and fundraising virtually again!
We held an Online Worldwide Show, with two very well-known Stafford Judges Bev Harrison and Jane Roper. We also held an online Raffle and Auction. We had an amazing number of entries from all around the world.
Our Best in Show winner went to Little Bobby Murray Fawkes from the UK with our Reserve Best In Show Winner Cash from Malaysia.
We then held a huge online auction on our Facebook Auction Page for the month of April. This was made up of all the items we were so kindly donated. We really could not have done this without your kindness and support, and we really do appreciate everything that was donated.
With everything that has gone on over the last 16 months we were worried as this event is our Rescue’s biggest income each year and we honestly did not think we would raise as much as we did. Thanks to everyone we managed to raise £4,009.40, which is an amazing achievement, and we really could not have done it without your generosity to us by donating and supporting.
So again, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts, this will help go towards those dogs coming into our future care, so licks and slops from them too.
