At Vet’s Kitchen®, we are passionate about your pet’s health and well-being. With our subscription service you can get naturally nutritious, tasty food delivered to your door when it suits you - it's easy to amend and update so you stay in control.
We understand that sometimes things change, you may need to amend an order or add in a little extra treat! That’s why we’ve made our subscription easy to customise and amend order by order – you can change the products, delivery frequency as you and your pet need.
Your subscription can also be paused or cancelled at any time – so if you’re off on holiday or just need a break it’s no problem!
Our products are shipped by courier, they will text/email you a 1hr delivery notification which you can amend if needed. You can provide special delivery instructions by filling out the comments section on your order form. And don’t forget delivery is free on orders over £35.
It’s up to you! Our subscription means you can have you pet’s favourite food delivered every 2-12 weeks – most popular is every 4 weeks but we’ll leave you to decide what works best for you. You can amend and the frequency of delivery to suit yourself – it’s simple!
5% off is automatically discounted from your order value – no need to remember codes we do the hard work for you!
We offer free delivery on all orders over £35 delivered to Mainland UK. There is a charge for of £4.98 on orders under £35. Full details of costs for deliveries outside Mainland UK can be found here: https://vetskitchenuk.myshopify.com/policies/shipping-policy
There’s no minimum order on our subscriptions but remember delivery is FREE on Mainland UK orders over £35.
Yes. We want our subscription service to make life easier for you, so if you need to amend, add or skip any orders sign into your account and visit the subscriptions section. Here you will be able to make any changes you need. If you need any help just give us a call on 0845 303 8643 and one of team will be happy to help. We recommend that you give us 24 hours to manage any changes.
You can use all of the normal payment methods – so debit, credit card and PayPal. You can change this in your account settings if you need to. Payment is taken the day the products are dispatched.
We want you to relax and enjoy having our food delivered to your door. Our subscription is set up to run until you want to cancel it, which you can do at any time.
Occasionally we offer discounts on our products – you will always be charged the price stated on our website on the day of dispatch. Other discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with the Subscribe & Save discount.
